HAWAII

Act 49 of 2002 states: at the discretion of the county liquor commission, permission may be granted to a bona fide hotel, restaurant, or club licensed under class 2, 6, 11, 12, or 14, engaged in meal service, to allow a patron to remove from the licensed premises any portion of wine that was purchased for consumption with a meal; provided that it is recorked or resealed in its original container.
