CONNETICUT

Public Act No. 03-228 and 04-33 allow a restaurant, cafe, or hotel dining room patron to remove one unsealed bottle of wine for off-premises consumption provided the patron has purchase a full-course meal and consumed some of the wine with the meal. The bottle must be securely sealed and placed in a bag by restaurant personnel.
