COLORADO

Colorado Revised Statutes Section 12-47-411 was amended to allow a licensed hotel or restaurant to permit a customer to reseal and remove one open container of partially consumed wine as long as the container did not originally have more than 750 mil. of wine in the bottle. The Colorado Division of Liquor strongly encourages restauranteurs to put the bottle in a bag which remains sealed until the patron is home. They also recommend that the restaurant advises their patron of open container laws.

Remember, togobrand.com Wine-to-Go bags have transportation instruction printed on the reverse side - proof of your restaurant's advice.

Colorado Laws strongly suggest the use of a Wine-to-Go Bag!

TESTIMONIAL

"This is one of the best products that I have seen which enables restauranteurs to increase wine sales, comply with the law, and still decrease their potential for liability."
