innovative marketing products and services
specific to the restaurant industry

ALASKA

State law does not currently allow patrons to take home partially consumed bottles of wine. Bill HB 382 (which passed the House 34-1 but failed in the Senate) would have allowed patrons to remove a partially consumed bottle of wine from a licensed premises after the cork was reinserted in a manner whereby the cork could only be removed again by a corkscrew. We'll keep an eye on this State for a change in the law.

I'd like to see other products that can make my restaurant more recognized, more safe and more profitable!

TESTIMONIAL

"This is one of the best products that I have seen which enables restauranteurs to increase wine sales, comply with the law, and still decrease their potential for liability."
